In the judicial system, we are often asked to explain and/or defend our results of any audio/video enhancements that might be used as evidence in a court of law.

Our summary report explains our processes, and results. The report is a legal document and can be used in the legal system as an expert witness statement.

Sometimes further questioning is needed, our Associates can testify on behalf of the results of our enhancement of materials involved in the case.

Audio/Video Forensic & Restoration Associates have a long history of testifying as Forensic Audio and Video Experts.

Deposition is often the first step in explaining our results for all parties involved in the legal case. We can appear in court, or other legal venue chosen by the parties involved. We also can provide deposition via video conference, such as Skype.

Our Associates can also appear in court for Trial Testimony as an expert witness.
